You could say that our experience with community associations has been “hands on” and from the ground up. In 1988, with the guidance and encouragement of the president of a local community association, key members of our management team began offering the service of handling payments by hand and posting them manually. As technology evolved, this hand-processing led to the electronic scanning of payments and the downloading of information. With the advent of the Internet, the process has been streamlined even further – adding efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
You could also say that we “wrote the book” on community association banking services. Our services were designed in conjunction with several community associations including HRW; PPM, Inc.; Charleston Management; and Pindell-Wilson. Through partnering with our community association customers, we created services that expanded their expectations.
