RALEIGH, N.C. . . .Jennifer Dodson joined North State Bank as a mortgage loan officer serving customers through the Bank’s North Raleigh office, announced Heather Sirgany, senior vice president and chief mortgage sales officer. Dodson works with borrowers to access home financing options for both purchases and refinances.

“The Wake County housing market has been a bumpy ride for several years, making it even more important to have an experienced lender helping you through the process,” said Sirgany. “With 20 years in the industry, Jennifer has the expertise needed to be a trusted partner for borrowers.”

A native of Gauley Bridge, West Virginia, Dodson has called Raleigh home since the late ‘90s. Much of her early career was in mortgage lending positions at BB&T (now Truist). More recently, she served as a senior mortgage loan officer for Coastal Federal Credit Union. She enjoys volunteering her time with Habitat for Humanity, Swing Pals and Wreaths Across America.
