RALEIGH, N.C. . . . North State Bank (the "Bank") promoted Jeremy Lambert to relationship banking manager for its North Hills office, announced Amanda M. Lloyd, executive vice president and chief people officer. In this position, Lambert’s focus will be on developing and enhancing loan and deposit relationships with existing and prospective customers, as well as overseeing office operations.

Lloyd shared, “This promotion is in recognition of Jeremy's exceptional work and the potential we see in him to help the Bank continue to grow and serve the North Hills area. This office is situated in one of the fastest-growing areas of Raleigh; changing and adapting is essential in order to continue to meet the needs of the area. Jeremy has done a great job serving customers, and we believe he’s the perfect person to guide our relationship banking team.”

Lambert, a native of Brodnax, Virginia, joined North State Bank in 2020 as a member of the float team before landing at North Hills, where he served as a relationship banking specialist from early 2021 until this promotion. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as assistant director for financial aid at Vance-Granville Community College in Henderson, North Carolina, where he worked for six years. A graduate of the University of Virginia, he earned a master’s degree in management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.

"North Hills is one of the pulse points of the city, and I love working here," shared Lambert. "This area is rapidly growing, and I enjoy helping customers who are part of that growth. My success is intertwined with the Bank’s success, and the Bank’s success rests on how well we help our customers reach their goals. It is more than a job to me and others who work here. It is a calling and an honor to help people achieve what they want for themselves, their businesses, and their families.”

Founded in 2000, North State Bank is an independent, full-service community bank serving Wake and New Hanover counties through seven offices and serves the community management association industry through its division, CommunityPLUS.
